AM I THERE YET?

The answer to my own question would be...HELL NO! I'm not as big as I was 3 years ago but I'm not thin either...long way from it. But I have lost 30 pounds since last November so pats for me. I'm still working to get my postpreggers bod back...I know, I know...most women want their pre-kids body but babies did my body a world of good...at first.

Anyway, I've decided to use the more common sense approach this time...you know...stop eating when you're full, wheat instead of white, baked instead of fried, water instead of soda...no eating bologna out of the pack in the middle of the night...and most importantly...get off my fat butt and workout...so far it's been working.

I am not however gonna pay twenty bucks for a weight loss journal when I can just come here and share my grip for free, lol! So, as I get ready for a birthday bash in August and a bridesmaid dress in November, I'll share my take on everything from the gym, to diets, to every other annoying thing about losing weight. so, get ready to have a laugh at my expense!
